Terms of Service

Agreement

By placing an order or using starbalm.ph (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Philippine peso (₱) and include 12% VAT.
• We may correct pricing or inventory errors before fulfillment and refund the difference if charged.
• Stock is reserved for 10 minutes during checkout. After that the cart may need to be re-validated.

Shipping

• We ship Philippines-wide via partners (J&T, LBC, Lalamove). Rates and timing are shown at checkout.
• Free shipping on orders ₱1,500 and above.
• Order before 3PM Manila time and we ship the same day where possible.

Returns & refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. Send proof and we’ll arrange the return.
• Defective or wrong items: message us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund — no return shipping fee.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Product use & safety

Starbalm products are topical sports-recovery preparations. For external use only. Do not apply on broken skin, eyes, or mucous membranes. Stop use if irritation develops. If pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult your doctor before use.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site, attempt to break it, impersonate others, or use it for resale without written agreement. We may suspend accounts and orders that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We don’t exclude liability that can’t legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes go to the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.
